About: James is a fresh face in the OCR World. He began training for OCR in 2014 and only started racing competitivly in 2015.  Don't let his inexperience fool you, James already has many outsanding finishes against some seasoned athletes.

 

While most athletes specailize in distance, James has found his niche in elevation. With a knack for being able to keep pace with top teir athletes James focuses on comeptitions that bring racers up and down mountains and hillsides as much as possible. 

 

Still developing his training routine, James makes use of TABATA, HIIT, Trail runs and finishes off with a tradtional lifting routine. As James develops his training further you can expect to see this man on the podium very soon!
 

 

Fun Fact: James Delorie has 13 years of Football experiance, playing through highschool, and at Nichols College.
