About: When Michael showed up on our radar last year he did it in a big way.  Michael took  2nd place at the Cornell  Spartan Race and finished  3rd at The Boston Spartan Sprint. 

 

 

A Crossfit athlete turned Obstacle Racer, Michael is another member of the team that excels where the runners cannot.  Michael's brute force and physicality makes him excellent at the shorter more obstacle dense courses. Michael uses his strength and speed to  overpower and chip away at the leaders in these races.

 

Michael has set some lofty goals this year: Along with aiming for a podium at one of the NBC events, he also will be competing in the Crossfit games and has his sights set to make the Regionals for the competition. 
 

 

Fun Fact: Michael attended Ithica college and studied exercise science, while there he played Division II Rugby, and Crew.
